Refunds & Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items from our CUSTOM collection or sale items.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.
To start a return or exchange, log into your customer account and into your order which you would like to return. Once in the order, you can choose Request Return, and initiate the request by selecting which products you wish to return and the reason for doing so. This will then be approved by the store and you will then be prompted to ship your item back. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a refund will take place once the item is received intact.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
